Cultural Competency Training
Common Ground is a seminar series which will increase the cultural competency and sensitivity skills of your organization. Many of our seminars include award winning panelists who specialize in the awareness/treatment of each community. Upon completion of our “Core Competency” program you will have the opportunity to be CSE certified.

Upon completion of the seminar series, you will have the option of completing our “Cultural Competency Test.” If you achieve a grade of 95 or above we will award you the CSE certification.
This CSE certification comes with a certificate, pin, and window cling. We will also provide you with an explanation of “What does my CSE certification mean to you?”
This information can be distributed to members of your organization who will know that you have taken the steps to increasing diversity and sensitivity in your community.
Display your pin and window cling to let others know you are a CSE certified individual who will provide a safe space.
