Bacteria On-Site Analyst - Duration: 8 hours

Mold Remediator- Duration: 8 hours

*24 hours may be required in some states.

ServSafe� Certification(s):

ServSafe� Food Training and Exam - Duration: A combination of 10 hours of home study and 6 hours of classroom instruction, for a total of 16 hours.  Five year NRAEF ServSafe� Certificate awarded upon passing exam of 90 questions.  The course fee of $149.00 includes ServSafe� textbook, exam and all other materials.

ServSafe� Food Course Topics Include :

  • The Sanitation Challenge: The Micro-world-Bacteria, Viruses, Parasites, and Fungi Contamination and Food-borne Illness

  • The Safe Food Handler Flow of Food through the Operation: Storage, Preparation,  Serving and Principles of a Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) System

  • Clean and Sanitary Facilities and Equipment: Cleaning, Sanitizing and Integrated Pest Management

  • Sanitation Management:  Food-Safety Regulations and Standards

ServSafe� 101 for every one of all ages - Duration: 2 hours.  "ServSafe� 101" reviews food safety basics such as how to prevent cross contamination, proper personal hygiene, safe temperatures and proper procedures for cleaning and sanitizing. NRAEF ServSafe� Certificate of Completion awarded after course.  The course fee of $49.00 includes ServSafe� textbook, exam and all other materials.

Recertification Course Description:  Duration: A combination of 2 hours of home study and 2 hours of classroom instruction, for a total of 4 hours. This is a review and update of food safety principles covered in the original certification course.

This program is designed for those who already possess a Certified Food Manager Certificate and want to renew it. Topics will include: Practice test, HACCP review, updates to the Food Code and more.  The course fee is $69.00. Please bring your latest food safety book, certificate and a picture ID.

ServSafe � Liquor Training and Exam -  Duration: A combination of 4 hours of home study and 4 hours of classroom instruction, for a total of 8 hours.  The ServSafe� Alcohol Certification Course is designed to teach you and your staff liquor laws and your responsibilities when serving alcohol at your establishment.

This course pays off by reducing your liability insurance, protecting yourself and your establishment from law suits related to improper alcohol services, and limiting the amount of claims if a law suit is filed. The course fee of $99.00 includes ServSafe� Liquor textbook, exam and all other materials.
